Not sure what the lady’s name at the drive thru was but she was very rude!!!
They don't want to do their jobs. It's very annoying when the people in charge lets this slide constantly. I've been banking with suntrust for going on 15 years and the service just keeps getting worse and worse. They don't answer there telephones so you have to stop by everytime, if they follow the posted hours.
Merging with bbt but can't use bbt for anything yet had to drive 20 miles just so SunTrust can try Rob me ain't no way checks should cost that much I'm on fixed income thanks for nothing
They are so kind and understanding over at this branch! Extremely personable! If you treat the staff with the respect they deserve they will go above and beyond.
