I’ve been a long standing customer of Truist Banks. I’ve on ocassion in my travels visited Truist Banks along the East Coast as far South as Florida and throughout Virginia. Zero problems, friendly staff. Have borrowed money for personal business, got loans for new cars. I think consistency working with Banking is friendship you develop along your journey same as your dentist, your primary care doctor, your pharmacy, your veterinarian, dog grooming etc….. Kind and professional service always from all of the ladies at the counter. They were able to help me through financial uncertainty and help me be in a better place. If you’re looking for great customer service I highly recommend this particular Truist bank.
This is my favorite branch, usually I have issues with Truist corporate but everybody here is extremely nice and sweet when you go in.
Left customers standing In line without acknowledging us. Made a call to the store and was left on hold for 10 minutes after being sent to voicemail multiple times.
