Left customers standing In line without acknowledging us. Made a call to the store and was left on hold for 10 minutes after being sent to voicemail multiple times.

I've tried to report suspicious activity on my debit card for three days now to no avail. Their toll free number doesn't recognize voice or push prompts and the local branches phone number transfers the call directly into a voice mail. Strangely enough, this is the third time in as many months that fraudulent activity has occurred on my debit card. This is ridiculous! So, as a result of this nightmare, I'm closing my account and opening one with a reputable bank.
Absolutely the worst customer service experience from a bank EVER. If you use Trust, DON'T USE THIS BRANCH. if you are considering going with Trust as a new bank. DON'T.
