I have been working with Ms. Desiree on a few subjects. She has been outstanding and informative, I email to have things for history and a phone call away if I need a faster answer. A special thank you to Losie she made sure an appointment I was sure of being able to make it in time and she made it happen. Communication is everything, so be nice and thoughtful. I could go anywhere as convenience is the global objective. But as a person I enjoy going here for my business.
Worst experience ever. They don’t care about their customers. They hold your money hostage. You can’t even cancel. They can’t even fix their own computer problems. Stay away for your sake. Enjoy collecting the interest on money that doesn’t belong to you Truist.
Terrible customer service my daughter had fraud on her account they closed her account and she had no access to her money. Absolutely worst bank Ever!
Slowest bank 6 people inside. Never good service. The two younger women are very rude wait for over 30 r 40 minutes to get any service. Go to the the bank down the road . Don't go here . Unprofessional
