Holding my money hostage for 10 days just because. I called customer service and dead end as well. I can't even pay my bills. Location is closed Saturday, only one location open miles away. Useless bank. Going back to Chase.
Never open service and staff do not care
By far the best customer service in the area. The staff is so kind and friendly.
I have been working with Ms. Desiree on a few subjects. She has been outstanding and informative, I email to have things for history and a phone call away if I need a faster answer. A special thank you to Losie she made sure an appointment I was sure of being able to make it in time and she made it happen. Communication is everything, so be nice and thoughtful. I could go anywhere as convenience is the global objective. But as a person I enjoy going here for my business.
