I’ve heard nothing but bad stuff. Everyone who comes here loses money
More issues than any other bank I’ve ever had. Company as a whole is complete joke. Nobody in the bank can actually do anything and constantly being put on the line with a foreigner that cannot speak any English.
Why does a bank open at 9 and close at 4? They don’t even work bankers hours anymore 9-5… how is someone who is working during these hours supposed to make it to the bank?
So anxious to charge fees but make so many mistakes on their end. Double standard. I make a mistake and it is a $35 fee. They make one and I get to drive down and straighten it out. Manager needs customer service training.
