This is the worst financial institution I have ever known. Their lack of empathy is beyond comprehension. They should not be allowed to do business in any part of our country. Can you please fix the speakers so people can hear loud and clear. April 1st 2024 2:31pm an the speaker is not loud enough to hear still. It's been over a month.
Started a new job last month that only offers paper checks no direct deposit. They use Truist for the checks. Have gone to this Truist and cashed my check for the last 2 Mondays with no issue. Been doing this since it’s a smaller fee than with my bank for some reason (Regions). My check has my married last name on it but my license still has my maiden name.
