I hate going to this location inside the Publix grocery store in Morrow. I only went there because the regular branch was farther away. The staff is friendly but there just aren't enough staff at this busy location. I walked up to the counter to ask for someone to assist me with opening an additional account only to be told the person I needed to see was out of office and I had to get back in the line and wait. If I could take a picture I would it’s only one person in the front and it’s 8 ppl in line and and two ppl in the back office everybody is taking up to 20-30 mins and one elderly man just walked away this makes no sense
This is the worst of the worst,if it was not for my job i would never come here
I know this has been stated before, but this Branch is extremely unprofessional. I have been in line for 20 minutes with 3 people in front of me. There are four people working, only 1 waiting on customers. The other three are talking and laughing. There are now 8 people behind me, and the other tellers are not making any effort to help.....
I like this bank and their customer service always be nice
