When calling to get information at this branch instead of telling you to come in they put you on hold and don't come back to the line I talked to the lady for a few seconds she said hold on and never came back I hung up after 6 minutes and it happens quite often
Banked here for years. Done. There are better options.
AVOID this place on the weekend. The "head teller" is awful and rude. I was going to open my son's first account here and possibly change my accounts over as well but if this is how they treat customers I'll stay where I'm at!
The tellers are always friendly and quick with my transactions. Hardly ever a long line when I go in the early afternoons and I'm always in and out.
