I wish I could give a zero review star. Worst location and worst service. First the lady could not find my account, she made me wait for 25 minutes, at the end she came up and said that she couldn’t cash my check.

Very poor service I have been banking with this bank for many years way before it came Truist there is always somebody new their that is training I went in to the lobby to ask for some bank statements printed out I was told that you can go to someone's computer and download it and print it out I explained that's why I was at my bank to have them printed out for me because they stopped mailing statements to people then I was told I would have to pay $5 for a statement Im just going to check around and go open another account ... read more
