Awful!! When lobby is open people sit on chairs while in line, and when in drive thru same they were slow when it was Sun Trust they’re even slower now Truist! Very under staffed!
WORST BANK EVER AVOID ANY INTERACTION WITH ANYTHING TRUIST
Another sub- par experience here! Easy deposit, over 10 mins waiting on the drive thru. Hardly anyone here….Very sad! And they all will wonder where their jobs have gone once crypto is in full use and everything is on the blockchain. Can’t happen quick enough for me…
Went to exchange change for cash as was the lady in front of us (vice versa). She got her dimes no questions asked and I came up and asked for cash for my ROLLED coins and instead of helping us the lady asked if we had an account with Truist, which we do not, and the sent us away. Went to Fifth Third and was helped with no questions asked, no bank card needed, and no prejudice old lady not doing her job for two young people whilst doing it for someone else within the same breath.
The most disrespectful and insincere individuals and banking facilities we have EVER TRIED to work with. This particular branch could use additional corporate training on multiple levels including customer service. Apparently, as they stated, they don't know how to do handle certain things or that they have never dealt with specific normal things. They couldn't even give us informationon what they needed or what we needed. Not a normal experience at all unfortunately. Oooo the stories we could share. If I could give 0 stars ... read more
