Waited on line and tried to turn my cash into smaller bills. Teller said I was not able to get smaller bills for my $200 cash if I didn't have an account. I did confirm before arriving that they would. Nope bitter teller, I had to beg for my money bag after she got her grubby money loving hands on the cash. I will never ever walk back into this branch, no less a Truist.
Only went to this location twice, first time spent 2 hours waiting for an opening with a banker that was on her computer, second waited 20 minutes for some quarters, huge waist of time.
The absolute WORST. I had an account I never used there and every month it kept adding charges. I get that, I went in to pay the ballance and close the account. I paid them in cash, and they said I had to come back another day after the payment cycled. WHAT??????? I PAID CASH. No customer service at all. Never use them. This is only one of many disappointments. It’s just the final one that I chose to write a review.
