My experience with Truist Bank was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I reached out multiple times to Kayce Kirk Jeffries, Vice President, and never received a response. Being repeatedly ignored raised serious concerns for me about fairness and equal treatment. No customer should feel invisible or disregarded. Truist Bank needs to address how they handle concerns, especially when customers feel they are not being treated equally.
Truist bank is one of the worse bank in US. I request everyone not to do any business transactions with them. I have opened business account in October 17th 2024 with the help of banker Ashley submitting all the required documents. I opened two accounts one general checking and other one is lottery account. I have deposited total amount of 1,10,000 ( $1,00000 check and 10,000 cash). So far everything was good they gave me 10 counter checks for emergency use until I get my check book. Customer service rep in office did not seem like she was having a good day. My teller was friendly and helpful!
We have been Truist customers since we moved here. They treated us very bad recently. We applied for a home equity loan and were told our credit was so good no problem. We went out of town while we were gone the closed our loan and never let us know. Very poor service. Do not trust them. The will screw you!
