This is by far the worst truist. You need to rethink the management inside this location. If you have the displeasure of dealing with(Linda?)(the big old white lady) be prepared for her to make it purposely difficult for you to do anything. One time she wouldn’t allow me to get change for my business and another she wouldn’t allow me deposit through the drive through, saying my business doesn’t allow that as if I’m not the one running it. Very slow service, they need to hire more tellers
As a business owner that’s makes transactions on a daily basis I would expect that I would be contacted when accounts would be closed for no apparent reason or explanation. Sent a letter in the mail so they say what it was never received. Had I never went to the branch to try to use my ATM card I would have been left in the dark. unable to process payroll or handle day-to-day transactions. I have been with them since they were SunTrust to BB&T to now Truist. Worst experience ever beware run!!!
This branch is the best of the 2 branches that I go to. The other is the one on Ironbridge Road in Chester. I understand all of the bad reviews. I just wish someone would look at the complaints & try doing something to help. The main problem is the shortage of tellers. People have better things to do than wait or sit in a line because the branch does not have enough employees to take care of their customers in a reasonable time.
