Friendly staff and the line moves pretty quickly
Do not go here if you are in a hurry. Slow service, constantly under staffed both for tellers and bankers. You mention it to the staff and they seem to feel like whomever is in charge does not care.
Not crazy about costumer service unless I see Tina! Shout out to a wonderful employee of truist bank in Chester. She is sweet, kind and loves helping folks out! She is appreciated by this customer!!!! Thank you Tina!
Would not brake $100 bill . Your a bank .
Absolutly ridiculous that "commercial" deposits have to be brought inside when there is no change and its 1 small deposit. Then they make you stand there for 45 minutes in a line while 2/3 tellers stare at you and not help customers. 10/10 would NOT recommend.
