I started managing a business around the area about a year ago. When I first started coming to this location there was always a terrible line and some of the staff were almost rude. I do have to say a lot of the issues this location has is due to being short staffed. When this location has the staff it needs it runs like a week lubricated machine. The drive thru tellers are awesome so I went out of my way to go here to open a second checking account for my online business. I was mistaken to do so. I sat in the lobby for a few minutes until the male “banker” noticed me and then shouted across the lobby from his desk asking if he could help me. This is by far the worst truist. You need to rethink the management inside this location. If you have the displeasure of dealing with(Linda?)(the big old white lady) be prepared for her to make it purposely difficult for you to do anything. One time she wouldn’t allow me to get change for my business and another she wouldn’t allow me deposit through the drive through, saying my business doesn’t allow that as if I’m not the one running it.
