EXTREMELY SLOW
By far the worst branch they have and Petersburg is not far behind
Hard to find a bank branch that would offer more useless customer service. From the branch manager Rachel, to Jimmy, to several others, nothing but hassle and promises of resolutions and call backs that never come. Had three business accounts here, had to move them all to Bank of America just to be able to do basic banking functions.
I worked with Tricia today. She fit me into her very busy schedule when she was the only banker there. Tricia is amazing and has a beautiful spirit. I appreciate her professionalism and kindness towards me and treating me like a human being. Thank you Tricia for helping me open my account and putting me in good hands. -Schantale
I started managing a business around the area about a year ago. When I first started coming to this location there was always a terrible line and some of the staff were almost rude. I do have to say a lot of the issues this location has is due to being short staffed. When this location has the staff it needs it runs like a week lubricated machine.
