Went in there trying to open single business checking spent a few hours of my life fighting with branch manager to not open 3 business accounts and 1 personal. Big waste of time. Very pushy.
The Employees do not know their head from their shoulders Lazy It's not suntrust anymore That's what makes it bad I've been to a few branches this is the worst one ever
Got there at 10.30 they said don’t open until 12
Two big banks merged, doubling the customer base, and they close down 50% of the branches and let a bunch of employees go.. The geniuses at executive level are patting themselves on the back, but the average customer is feeling a horrible drop in customer service.. Waiting in line for 45 minutes to deposit a check?? I'm actively looking for a new bank for a $300k + business account..
