Horrible i repeat do not open an account with them they are horrible customers service
It would GREAT if Suntrust used a call center in the United States. The language barrier is ridiculous when you call their customer service #. I just spent 2 hours calling over and over trying to get someone to understand what my problem was. They all kept connecting me to different departments! I had to call a branch directly to speak to someone that actually speaks understandable English. There are plenty of AMERICANS that can do this job... I don’t understand why you all outsource your phone calls!
