Worst experience ever with Mortgage Services. Mortgage Rep King did not send info to Underwriting & I had to request additional days from seller to close. Thankfully, the realtor provided two other lenders that help close. Horrible..avoid Suntrust Bank Mortgage

This branch has a very poor customer service,very teller are very unprofessional.does not know his job well..i stop going to this branch . he made mistake to deposit check.several times did not give a receipt. all day he was tilling me that the branch manager is on conference ,or other line.African guy name Manmual
It's a great bank to put your money in and they got great customer service every day and if the person from loses their credit card or your debit number and they will help you automatically fix it and change it or hang send you a new credit card or some like that
Wrote "pay to the order of" on the back like unusual. Refused to cash it
