Incredibly slow drive through. Spent close to an hour in line. Cars rapped around building.
This is an excellent SunTrust. The ladies are so friendly to every single person in line and ask everyone how their day is going. They know their customers/regulars and you could tell they had a good relationship with everyone. I had several bonds to cash, which is a lengthy process that the SunTrust across the street told me I would need an appointment for. These ladies were so kind to me and completed the process of depositing my bonds into my account though it took 45 minutes. I truly needed the bonds to go in my account ... read more
