I had been dealing with an account for about 6 months trying to get fraud resolved and the account closed. I went to my local branch, Foothills; I called the customer service number multiple times, and no one ever helped me. I went into the Alcoa branch today & Nora helped me resolve every issue I had been dealing with in literally 30 minutes. She was very attentive and answered every silly question I had, with a smile. Thank you Nora!!

Rosemary is wonderful. She has helped me with all of my banking needs. She helped us recently with notarizing a ton of closing docs and faxed them for us. Did it all with a smile. Very professional. She really goes above and beyond.

They are nice enough, as long as you don't come to the drive-thru within 15 minutes of closing. If you do this, you may get a lecture on using the ATM for your banking needs. The person that set our accounts up was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, when I do transactions with tellers, it's usually a pretty long wait. I hear "thank you for your patience". Nobody seems to know the answers to my questions about the Truist cards or when to expect other changes.

Go to the 411 branch. The lady who "helped" the time i came here was rude and slow. Im still sitting in their drive through after 40 minutes to cash a check written to me from another member of suntrust. This woman was also incredibly rude to an employee who also had the pleasure of trying to cash a check with her. I refuse to ever bank here again as long as this woman is working here. I pay suntrust to handle payroll, And for this woman to treat my employee with such disrespect should not happen.
