Tellers extremely rude,I repeat: EXTREMELY rude. Manager inept to resolve problems. They ruined my birth day today. It shouldn't t be in business. No wonder there are no customers there and tellers act like I am bothering them just for requesting to cash my SunTrust check
It's amazing to me that SunTrust as a bank is even still in business. I've had nothing but issues with SunTrust since I opened my accounts. The people in the branches seem to be okay but as a bank I don't feel like SunTrust will be around in the years to come. I'll be closing all my accounts with them very soon. I do not recommend this bank to anyone.
The people at Sun Trust have always been very nice. This branch is very convenient to my home.
