Great staff, always very attentive and pleasant to work with.
I opened a savings account, deposited a large check, I was told the funds would be available first thing in the morning. The next day I opened my SunTrust app and the available balance showed my full deposit, so I went in to make a withdrawal, was told the funds weren’t yet available.long story short I waited about thirty minutes for them to do whatever they do to get my money for me...first time customer waiting half an hour isn’t good business. Tried to turn in a torn bill that was 3/4 whole but was denied. When I went to a neighboring Bank of America they gladly accepted the same bill.
