Once again, 10/14/2016, I tried to go to the bank on my lunch hour, 12 p.m. on a payday Friday, and the bank is not open. Not even the ATM is working. This happens a LOT. Computer down, electrical problems etc. Always an excuse. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Fix the issue and provide the service we are paying for
