Siempre esta cerrado y en google maps da que el Banco está abierto
Hoy viernes 29 de abril de 2022 según internet esta sucursal está abierta. Necesito mi dinero y el ATM tampoco está. El banco permanece cerrado totalmente a la 1:30 de la tarde. La peor sucursal que he visitado.
Terrible terrible service at this bank. Or lack of service. I go every week and it’s the same thing over and over again. Time to change banks
I'd like to think that the 5-star reviews are real customers and not people doing Truist a favor, but who knows... Anyhow, here's my review: I banked with SunTrust ever since I moved to the US in early 2015. SunTrust was a good bank. Truist is an awful bank. Customer service is non-existent. It is unacceptable to block people from their own hard-earned savings, and it is even more unacceptable to offer no solutions and instead say, "deal with it." Unless something major changes within the next few weeks, I'm switching banks.
