Very rude!!! This old white woman doesn't have patient ... she didn't want to help me, she sent me to the cashier machine, if I go inside is because I need your personal service. Never come back to that location.
I arrived at 2:10 And there was no one inside but me. Three bankers standing in a circle talking and I was told to wait 10 minutes before being served.
Extremely professional and friendly people. I have always received excellent service and even follow up phone calls just asking how satisfied I am and if there is anything they could do better to meet my needs.
This bank is so slow. They really need more people. You shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes in line to be seen.
