Unfortunately, my experience at this Truist location was disappointing. I came in after being directed by customer service to visit a branch in person to resolve an issue with my Zelle account being locked. I explained my situation to the teller, but instead of receiving assistance, I felt dismissed. Worst bank i ever seen , employees always in rush to go home , rude behavior ,even if I go for the change in this bank, they don’t even have enough change.
Today I went to Truist-Grafton. I proceeded to make a cash withdrawal . The tellar asked me what I wanted this money for. My reply was excuse me. She again asked what I planned to spend this money on. I earned this money, I can spend it on anything I want. Very poor question to ask anyone that is attempting to withdraw their own money! What business is it of the bank what I spend my money on.
I have been calling Grafton branch for 3 hours straight , nobody calls back anymore. They are really going down hill quickly. Terrible branch to keep your money at !!
