The unfortunate truth about Truist is that it has gone to trash since the merger. Upper Management has driven away all of the talented people who used to make BB&T a great bank to use. I had to explain repeatedly to a "Banker" my issue while she visibly rolled her eyes (Thanks for that one, Petra; you're really mature). I have been locked out of my account for 2 weeks if not more. No one as called me back or anything. Like I just feel like these people or other branches don't care about people. I have been calling other banks as well to get help and nothing.
