I've been a customer of what is now Truist for more almost 30 years. I never had such bad customer service as I had for the last 4-5 months. They keep half of my paycheck hostage almost every month, even though deposit the same amount every month (for 3 years now) and the check comes from a well known bank.

I believe her name is Lidia and a gentleman named Louis helped me the other day here and the customer service was top tier compared to the stand alone branch I went to in conyers. They were both beyond patient in listening to my concerns as a college student. They were able to get me my refund deposited in a timely manner and stayed on hold to verify my school check for me. Thank you all so much again, now I can pay my deposit to move on campus at my school !

Solid customer service! First time coming here I was super confused on the location and then discovered it was in the Publix. Its not really an ideal location but I was in a rush and couldnt be happier with my experience with the branch manager there. I've been back once now and again, great experience.
