My husband and I opened a business account online and then came to this local branch to complete the process. The teller was very nice but was unable to assist us as he said there was a long line and we would be waiting a while. Instead of giving us a choice to wait or not he said to come back the next day when the assistant manager was available. Zero customer service at this location. I got there at 6.55pm on 01/03/17 , and some indian lady refused to help me out because she was getting ready to leave. I told her i still had 5 min and that i needed to make this deposit, she still didnt care and proceeded to give me an attitude and told she was the manager in charge of this branch therefore she could do whatever she want. People lile this shouldnt be working in customer service jobs. She should be fire. On my part, i would never come back to this location.
