Jasmine Lewis with Suntrust bank placed a UNSOLICITED call to my business, Performance Truck INC. I explained that we were very busy and if you were not scheduling a truck repair I didn’t have time to talk. Jasmine Lewis then left a bad review on my business website. When I banked with Suntrust bank I ask for a line of credit and was told NO, I ask for credit cards for my business and was told NO, I ask for a business loan and was told NO. I just opened an account for my new business today. Jasmine and the staff really rolled out the red carpet for me. I felt they were genuinely happy to have my business and were all very professional and courteous. Highly recommend!
Things sit pending too long...then when something urgent needs paid and puts you overdrawn all the small things suddenly come off and you get 6 charges in middle of a pamdemic...thanks guys....and now a week later have alot sitting pending...oh we have money in bank so how long will they stay pendibg
