IT'S NOT A SUNTRUST ANYMORE!!!!!
I have found that the tellers are very helpful. If I have had a problem they have worked hard to fix it. The only problem I have is with their ATM machine when depositing money it has a hard time reading the checks which makes me have to put in all the amounts.
These are the rudest people I have tried to deal with. I'm a local small business owner. Needed to break some Bill's so I could make change. After being rudely told that they didnt have the means to give me change, they rudely told me to go elsewhere. I will NEVER bank with SunTrust and will try to influence anyone who asks to go elsewhere, also. I had to give one star in order to post this review. A negative or no star wasn't an option.
