Just noticed the review regarding them not taking loose change. LOL.. This bank is absolutely awesome. Every teller always has a huge smile and is more than happy to help me. They always treat me with warmth and with kindness. It’s easy to understand why they don’t accept loose change that isn’t rolled. Very few banks do this anymore. It is extremely time consuming and not to mention totally boring. It's better the other one I was using in many ways
One of the sorriest excuses for a bank that I have ever had to deal with. Every time I go in to have something done, they have some excuse as to why they cannot do it. Went to have my piggy bank money deposited into my bank account, they will not take loose change. It has to be rolled. Really? You're a bank! You are refusing to take my money and deposit it?
