Since the merger the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. Customer service is nil, especially in the mortgage department.

Could not be more unhappy with my switch from Wells Fargo to this bank, I cannot reopen my Wells Fargo accounts fast enough. Ridiculous, not helpful and frustrating - do not recommend!
We just want to give a special shout out to Jenn a Customer Service Rep on Manatee Ave who always goes above and beyond to help the customers .
