This branch is okay overall, but my problem is with suntrust as a whole. Bank somewhere else
My spouse came to the downtown Orlando branch on Sept. 13, 2017. We came to cash two checks from a lawsuit settlement, drawn on the bank. A bald gentleman had us sit in the lobby area while he conversed with two other employees about the hurricane for ten minutes. Then, he finally walked over to offer help. He asked what bank we used ( we are not SunTrust customers) and then asked us if we wanted to open an account. We declined.
