There’s a reason this location has such awful reviews. The branch manager MATT was very pretentious and condescending both by phone and in person and this branch has a history of very rude staff. I would strongly recommend going to any other branch such as the one by Miromar outlets or in north Naples. This manager Matt’s condescending demeanor became so unbearable I finally just left without any assistance. He is by far the most condescending individual I have ever encountered in my life. This is just a copy of Tommy,but I also mean it like he did!: banking with Suntrust (now Truist) for years now and this is the closest branch for me. The staff was always helpful & friendly (especially Ute,Stefania and Geraldine of Premier)and there is nothing I can complain about. Thank you!
Awful bank, awful branch. I have done business with several big-name banks, and Truist is by far the most inconvenient, incompetent, time wasting bank I have had the displeasure of dealing with. I wish I could give them zero stars. This branch in particular is full of miserable tellers, and an ATM that is constantly "temporarily out of service". I'm banking with Suntrust (now Truist) for years now and this is the closest branch for me. The staff was always helpful & friendly (especially Ute) and there is nothing I can complain about. Thank you!
