I have a business account here. The staff is amazing wonderful and extremely helpful. The policies of Truist are fraudulent And they basically use strong arm robbery to take money out of your account unauthorized. They will put a hold on your check, not release it for two weeks and then If you don’t have any money, set aside (thankfully we did) You won’t make payroll. Was Suntrust customer for 20 years ,Truist has been nothing but straight disaster,checks take for ever to deposite,apps dont work half the time Absolutely worst Bank to deal with!!!!!
Been a bank member with accounts for several years, I can only come in once in a while but for some reason they act like getting a box of any certain coin is a hard thing to do.. I'd get it if I wasn't a member here, but honestly, being able to get a whole box of coins shouldn't be a big issue at any bank. A bank member shouldn't have to order a box of any coins a week ahead of time, seriously, what's wrong with the places these days...
