Not very helpful to members at this bank, even having an account there. Just wanted to swap out 2 dollars in coins but there unable to help a 15yr account holder. Have more luck and help at eastman credit union. Disappointing member service.
It's the worst bank I ever dealt with mom passed away left some money to me and they wouldn't let me open a account to put the money in my sister was at the bank in nc and had death certificate and they told me I could not get that money until 30 days it's was the way they treated me and never once said sorry you lost your mom all they cared about was the money leaving the bank they charge you for everything Eastman credit Union probably about the best things that I've seen they don't charge you for every little thing they g... read more
