We've had accounts with Suntrust for nearly 8 years. I went in to the Clemson branch to get a rate for a new mortgage and the associate yawned and bit his fingernails the whole time. No one at the branch could help me and I filled out the application online while being on the phone with someone in Charlotte. Needless to say, after having 2 mortgages through Suntrust, we chose to move to a bank with competency and customer service. That was the best move we've ever made.
