Terrible customer service. The non English speaking forgin F:"$$ just wants to argue over the phone and can't even get me to an e glish speaking and understanding person from customer service. Welcome to the USA we speak English here don't know it or don't like it GO HOME! Don't need ya don't want ya and I won't come to your country ignorant of the native language

Vanessa Janis I think was her last name was the most unprofessional, uneducated person I have EVER DEALT WITH in a Truist Bank. My incident with her occurred 9:01am on Monday June 6th. Refused to cash my check when I provided TWO VALID FORMS OF ID which has ALWAYS been accepted by every other Truist I’ve been to like the one in Young Circle. Never had an issue using my ID and Social EVER I had additional ID too I could have provided however Vanessa was ignorant and put her finger up at me so I left. Was wearing an ugly purpl... read more
The customer service by the manager Dominic is rude I have never disrespected her and I feel rejected for being Hispanic and she told my boss that she didn't love me anymore, that's not professional and ethical, they should pay attention to what is going.
