Even they are slow minimum waiting 1 hour I can feel they don’t care clients because of this I don’t want to work with this bank I will cancel my account
DO NOT BANK WITH SUNTRUST or TRUIST. Tried to make an $800 deposit in the ATM. The ATM ate $500 and spit $300 back out. I did not receive credit for the $500 in my account. I went inside to get the issue resolved. They have me an 800# to call because they can't help with ATM issues. I called from the bank lobby, 25 minute hold time. I asked for the bank manager while on hold. She could not help, said she had to use the same 800#. Left the bank branch while on hold. 30 minutes later a representative answered. Excellent and caring customer service. I've personally never had any issues here and received swift service each time I've been. My only complaint is that I did not see any simple way to directly contact a financial advisor via phone call or teleconference anywhere at this location during this pandemic.
