This is an Awesome Bank to do Business with, My wife and I have been with this bank for over 30 years. Right when you walk in the door, you are greeted with a Hello, but I would like to share with you an experience I had a couple weeks ago. Truest happens to be the worst Bank in Lenoir North Carolina they locked up my account in November said they seen fraud on it and said it was only gonna be locked up for 60 days. Well come back. I wish I had moved before I had checks printed after they changed from BB&T. I think it is best I trash checks the and take the loss. Find a different bank.
Truly could not have asked for a worse bank to finance my auto loan with. Never answer calls at local branch, national phone line will refuse to let you speak to anything other than an automated agent, and they are withholding my car title after loan payoff. Absolutely bottom of the barrel bank. Stay away if you want a normal auto loan experience.
