Dana was simply amazing. I arrived prior to closing time on a Saturday. Dana had so much patience with me, patience of a saint with all my questions and account details. Thank you Dana for all your help today!! Hands down 5 !!
If you need access to your money while working on the road, this is not the bank for you. I’m trying to purchase a truck using my own funds but can’t because I have to be physically present at the bank to do a wire transfer or get a cashiers check done. I’ve never had this issue with any other bank until Truist. It was a good bank—until now.
Please do better, your staff is not available on weekends over the phone to assist customers you also have a serious need for better customer service! The lack of care from professionals is unacceptable as someone who is extremely patient and empathetic even I was on the verge of frustration
Worst Truist branch in Ocala. Sonia Davidson the accounts rep is awful and unprofessional. She is clueless and should absolutely not work with customers. Bank Teller Kira Mula is as well not polite and unprofessional.
