I'm not an account holder at truist however while I was waiting to be seen to ask a question about one of their checks I received. the teller line was10 deep. As I sat waiting for a representative I watched elderly people in the teller line that couldn't stand any longer and had to sit down to rest. when they got up to get back in line it is now longer . as I waited the 30 minutes to see a representative this happened to two elderly people and an amputee. I moved all of my banking. The branch on 200 at the Oak Run entrance has an extremely rude customer service person. I was in multiple times to do my banking and he acted as though I was bothering him each time. He was unprofessional in his dress and his demeanor. Im not sure what this person does all day besides run customers off. I’ve called corporate in the past and no one cares. I’ll never use a Truist bank again.
