This bank wasted a full year of my time and money. Last November, I sat down with a banker for about 30 minutes. He clearly told me I would get 5% interest for one year on my CD. We even did the math together on how much I would earn after 12 months – around $700+. That was the ONLY reason I agreed to leave my money there. I went into the bank today and Serenity was extremely rude to me. No eye contact, an attitude with every question that I asked her and she treated me like I was bothering her and she even refused service to me for asking questions.
