I went into the bank today and Serenity was extremely rude to me. No eye contact, an attitude with every question that I asked her and she treated me like I was bothering her and she even refused service to me for asking questions. I know one of the other tellers so I waited for him to get off of a phone call and he was very kind and helped me as he always does! The only reason I go to this branch is for Julian. He is amazing .
