Absolutely outraged with the level of customer service I have tried for four days to try to pay off a debt. Waited a total of 5 hours on the phone and unlimited emails with no end result I have waited over 2 hours just to be hung up on when it’s my turn. I call and they transfer me and transfer me and transfer me it’ll be 65 minute hold on no problem and nothing!
