This is a TERRIBLE bank! They were so freaked out during Covid that they closed their glass wall between the bank and the vestibule. I had a large deposit that I didn't not want to stick in a machine. One of the managers would not even accept my deposit when I tried to slip it through the crack in the glass. I had to drive 4 miles and wait 20 minutes in a drive through line to deposit a check! Truist is TRULY Terrible.
Suntrust is no longer at this location. Even the inside atm is now gone! The location was convenient. I'm considering closing out my accounts a.
This branch is incredibly slow. Took me over 45 minutes to do a simple transaction. Very frustrating.

Worst place to bank. Service always somewhere else. Atm out service or hold your deposit for long time. No way to get better. I recommend to go to different bank or branch. People over here is always with something. Come on! They change people weekly and they just don't care about customer service. uuhhhhhh
