The teller David Massey was being extremely rude. Did not want to cash my SunTrust check or help me out with any of my questions I asked him. He just told me I could go somewhere else and try again. He was being racist. would never come back here AGAIN.

I have NEVER been to this SunTrust without it taking at least 20 minutes for the simplest transaction, such as withdrawing money. There is always only one teller working with 3-5 people waiting in line, the ATM is ALWAYS broken, the customer service is terrible and so are the wait times. This branch is literally the reason I am switching banks to one that is more accessible and efficient.
