Abysmal customer service to say the least. Don’t expect to ever get greeted or even acknowledged. You def shouldn’t be expecting to keep your information private as the tellers will help more than one person at a time and will constantly scream at you. Just awful. No one spoke. No one even acknowledged that we had an appointment.
Been calling them 30 times no exaggeration At a different times, different days, different weeks no answer or call back That's not including the fact that balance update takes a week+ to properly update the app after an actual transaction
During Martin Luther King holiday, the website says open hours "might affect" these hours. Well, does it or not? The other banks and credit Union states they are closed or not, not "might affect".
I have been with Truist for awhile even before the change over to Truist. I wouldn’t advise anyone to bank with them changing banks as soon as possible.
