The ATM machine took my cash deposit, gave me an error receipt and didn’t credit my account. Filed a claim but they said if the left over money in the machine was anymore or less than my deposit I wouldn’t get the money back because there’s no proof it’s mine. People inside were absolutely no help, customer service no help.
I don't understand the bad reviews I've been with this bank over 40 years back when it was still called Suntrust. I've never heard them be rude with anyone. They have always been very nice, welcoming everyone who walks in the door.
Worst bank ever. If you’re in the military and use this bank. DONT!!! My husband is across seas screwed right now because of this bank. They won’t ever help us a bit. And there excuse is always theirs nothing we can do for you. Sad. Childish and sickening. What is your guys job if your answer is always there’s nothing we can do?
What happens to the staff who attends?, Regarding Mr. James... from the moment I told him that I did not speak English but that I would try to do it, the man put on a face of annoyance... The truth is that I had never had a problem with the bank or with the staff, they are always very friendly. And to finish it, he didn't even solve the problem.
