Worst bank ever. If you’re in the military and use this bank. DONT!!! My husband is across seas screwed right now because of this bank. They won’t ever help us a bit. And there excuse is always theirs nothing we can do for you. Sad. Childish and sickening. What is your guys job if your answer is always there’s nothing we can do?
What happens to the staff who attends?, Regarding Mr. James... from the moment I told him that I did not speak English but that I would try to do it, the man put on a face of annoyance... The truth is that I had never had a problem with the bank or with the staff, they are always very friendly. And to finish it, he didn't even solve the problem.
Abysmal customer service to say the least. Don’t expect to ever get greeted or even acknowledged. You def shouldn’t be expecting to keep your information private as the tellers will help more than one person at a time and will constantly scream at you. Just awful. No one spoke. No one even acknowledged that we had an appointment.
Been calling them 30 times no exaggeration At a different times, different days, different weeks no answer or call back That's not including the fact that balance update takes a week+ to properly update the app after an actual transaction
