Always a pleasant and professional experience. It's a shame this bank branch will be closing withing the month January. I would make a special trip to visit this one even though I have two near my home.
I bank at Suntrust branches around the US (Maryland and Florida mostly) and I can honestly say this is the most helpful and intelligent staff of any branches. The manager, Lisa, really knows her stuff and is so helpful and friendly. I can't say enough good things about her and this branch.
In the last 3 years, I've experienced Divorce, Bankruptcy, and Death of a parent. The BEST ADVICE I received was from LISA LEWIS, my local Bank VP. (Consider my divorce cost $45,000 and that will help you put things in perspective) At every step, I came to her with my mess, asked for her counsel, and left wiser & self empowered. I can't thank Lisa enough. We've gone past the professional relationship and she knows that she is welcome at my door anytime. XoXo
