My identity was stolen. They have lied to me 4 different times about me being able to access my funds. It's been apologies after apologies and excuses after excuses and no action, I am completely FURIOUS WITH THE EXCUSES AND LIES and I as soon as I can get all of my money back, I will be moving to another local credit. I am 62 years old, and this is the worst bank I have ever seen. I would go into detail, but I value my time on this earth and it would take way too much of it. RUN!
