They have some of the coldest and unfriendly employees I have ever come across.
I have been trying to contact someone for 2 days now to cancel my damn debt card with no help at all! I won't be able to physically get to the bank till Monday. & when I do I will be closing my account!! If I'm going to pay a damn maintenance fee then I should get some fucking customer service!!!!
