After work went into the branch. Asked for twenty out of my account and was spoken to like a dog. All because I asked for her to get my money out my account. The head teller at this branch is hateful and mean spirited. Closed my account will never step foot back in that branch. My advice if you have to deal with Suntrust go to Fort Ave branch they are professional and polite.
Absolutely blown away by the kindness and professionalism of the new branch manager, Alex. I've never written a google review but after the experience I just had I thought he deserved some recognition! Thank you for being so friendly and easy to work with!
Bad service, not good with giving follow up (multiple times I was told will give update but not once receiver any) and lies. Money was taken out of my account without authorization. I found it out about 2weeks later. Was told someone made mistake and been over a month and have not return the money.
