I need to respond to this response that I gather is from the business owner, Rick Rath and also clarify a few key points. You say "on the day of installation" well you fail to mention how many times your staff from your company (and please note, Rick, after your initial visit, you have never stepped foot back on our property despite so many mistakes, errors and basic stuff ups) On the day in question, your staff arrived and proceeded to do the instal - AT NO TIME DID MY WIFE DEMAND THEY DO IT! An absolutely debacle from incorrect measurement first up to numerous attempts to do the installation. Even managed to drop a shutter from the first floor severing power to an air conditioning unit. Final instal and a gap in the top rail - we were told it's because the house is not "square" So we now have to pay another company to fix sunstyle blinds error. Do yourself a favour - GO ELSEWHERE
