I am absolutely thrilled with this company. We traveled from Northern Kentucky to ATL and got stuck flights cancelled etc. I kept the driver updated and he ensured me no problem he’d get us when we finally arrived. Took a plane to Daytona then had to drive to MCO. Turns out when we spoke with them we wouldn’t have even needed to do that he said they couldve gotten us from Daytona instead. Driver met us at MCO and took great care of us. I’m blown away by the customer service and will now choose them any time we visit Orlando.
Great customer service! They adjusted our pick up time to earlier. Very clean, friendly, and accommodating.
