I have resisted leaving a review as I tried to give this practitioner the benefit of the doubt. He charged me the full cash rate on both visits even though I have insurance (this is not legal). He stated he would refund me because my insurance pays lower than his cash rate. First, he said he couldn't refund me because he doesn't have an envelope!!! I walked in when I saw the sign the other day, and they could not have been more kind. They sent me up with an appointment immediately, and I was able to get seen within the week. Dr. Goldberg is a very experienced acupuncturist, and joy is very sweet. I can already feel things starting to heal. They are new to the area, and I have no doubt they will be popular before too long. I’m so grateful I found them.
