Elbe gave me some treatment for some lower back pain. The treatment and follow-up exercises (which weren’t complex), provided immediate and long-lasting results. Elbe is incredibly knowledgeable, perceptive, and kind and gets right to the heart of the matter. A safe pair of hands!
I’ve been to Elbe a few times over the last couple of years with various back problems and she has always been excellent, I couldn’t recommend enough!
Elbe at Sunshine Spine is fantastic! She really took the time to understand what was causing my pain and with soft tissue work, strengthening exercises and stretches, has hugely helped my back pain postpartum. She has given me exercises and stretches to do at home which has helped work the problem for the longer-term. For anyone looking to resolve bodily aches and pains, I highly recommend sessions with Elbe!
After one session I was taught to do different exercises to correct my spine pain and since doing them I feel a lot better and in little to no pain in my back
